Housing is the biggest issue we face as a country.

Construction has started on almost 12,000 homes this year, a 63% increase since 2023.

Increased Cost of Business (ICOB) Grant

Increased costs have placed significant pressure on Irish businesses.

To help, Government is providing €257 million for the ICOB grant to small and medium businesses who pay commercial rates.
