H. Dundas was not an abolitionist as stated with evidence. I have presented evidence from M. Fry’s book that H. Dundas proposed to breed young black slaves as as part of his “gradual” abolition plan. According to Iain MacWhirter (below) Henry Dundas resisted Scottish democracy.
