At Sector 6, we welcomed a delegation of academics, researchers, and media persons from Germany and Austria. They visited us along with the Kurdistan Student Union to learn more about the Kurdistan Region and the bravery of Peshmerga in the face of threats of ISIS terrorists.

11th March is an important day for our people. In 1970, the first document giving rights to the Kurdish people was signed and in 1991, the capital city of Erbil was liberated.
