Is it worth switching from Virgin to HyperOptic?

It can't possibly be worse than Virgin, right? Even if it's just AS BAD as Virgin, it will at least still be cheaper?

Changed my outfit last minute before going to a red carpet thing. I look like I dressed up in my giant father’s suit which had been in a laundry basket for six months. I could at least have combed my hair. Or emptied my pockets. But alas no.
