Today marks 65 years since the #Spitfire last flew in Service. On 11th July 1957, the ceremonial flight from Liverpool to RAF Biggin Hill marked the start of the airframe’s honourable retirement & inauguration of the RAF Historic Aircraft Flight – known today as the RAF BBMF (1)
