Sky is hazy now and phone cam is getting nothing but light pollution reflected off it. I skipped a beat on the last one until I realised it was my finger over the lens.

Just checked: sky is *fabulously clear… not a single auroreal anomaly to be seen. Evidently I am destined to never see an aurora.

Egg ignored the bath for hours. When he did get in, I’m sure he was simply humouring me. We gave him plenty of private time &caught the end. Astro has been fussing over Egg all day, but I can’t see any apparent reason for it. Egg’s been very quietly chatty.
