After waiting 4 months for the refund for my Ryanair flight that was cancelled in April, I've now been told it will be another 5 weeks. No apology and latest correspondence ignored. Ridiculous

To say I'm disappointed with the customer care I've received after my April flight being cancelled is an understatement. 4 months later, I still haven't received a refund and can't get a reply from customer service Ryanair
