Changes to the Rules of the ICJ regarding third party intervention:

#UNEA 6 has just kicked off! Hopefully, the 3rd #UNEA resolution on #PERAC will be adopted at the end of this week. The resolution is sponsored by #Ukraine and intends to strengthen UN Environment Programme's work on the environmental aspects of armed conflict.
