I’ve seen a lot of beauty in my life, but I’ll say seeing the total Eclipse in Hot Springs, AR was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

Experientially, the moment of totality, to feel so small & disappear into the complete, was 3 minutes of eternity. Totality or nothing.

Easter is the last day of March, & my memoir, A Life Impossible, will be released on April 30th. It has several anecdotes showing the love and support from friends, neighbors, strangers, caregivers, doctors & my family that have emotionally & even physically resurrected me. Love!

Wandered through the hood today crashing parties, sharing love with our neighbors. People who know redemption & rebirth, here and now, in our midst.

When Gray saw crawfish being poured into the boiling water, she said, “those crawfish were so brave.”

Meanwhile, Gray and I are multi tasking. Opening gifts from the Bunny, and watching Liverpool. You'll never walk alone!

Michel joined Rivers in England this morning, & for Easter Sunday, they are fulfilling one of my dreams. I've been a Liverpool fan since adolescence, so as a family we regularly watch 'our' club on TV. Today Rivers & mom are at Anfield! Always remember, You'll never walk alone...

Rivers just left to England on an epic adventure with his soccer. I probably won’t tell him this in a year or two…

“Dude, I’m so bloody stoked, Rivers. Keep us posted, mate. Have fun. Be safe. If you have to choose between the two. Have fun, Mo Fo! I love you so much.”

Had some father family time for my birthday this morning.

Thanks for a beautiful birthday morning Gray and Rivers and Kyle and momma. I’m so grateful for our time together. I love yall, and I love this crazy wonderful Life! Heaven in our midst.

Today is recognized as Rare Disease Day. Not just for people with ALS, but for 10K other diseases & millions of people. I was honored to speak at the White House Rare Disease Day Forum yesterday with others. Danielle Carnival said it best, “turn these conversations into action.”

For the Mardi Gras holiday, Rivers and Michel went to Universal Studios for a few days, so I got some daddy daughter time with Gray. Speaking of the source of love, none of this happens without support of our care crew. I'm the Moon to Gray's Sun.
