The Stick Mobility is a game changer for shoulder health & restoration.

This series here may like simple, but these absolutely lit my shoulders up.

Simple, effective, great for feedback, and easy to modify/manipulate based on the population.

Another option Stick Mobility provides. Whether it is to improve your quality of life, or athletic performance, we should all strive for good spine mobility. Athletes of all kinds need to rotate while moving fast. Do so helps them move more efficiently and create power

Using Stick Mobility as a tool to help our athletes. Teaching a muscle to relax or stretch is a skill we can practice. Working on our flexibility, ability to rotate, and spatial awareness. I have to some work to do!

Always great to share the ultimate combo of teaching + learning … here with the ultimate human, Ryan babbitt . To think it all started from me coaching him in high school. Now he’s the most professional/knowledgeable of fitness coaches out there, based in NYC. 💪🏻🙏🏻

Lots of questions about the stick in this thread post 😁

It’s called Stick Mobility

This here is the 4ft one hence a golf club can be a great substitute 👌

The longer 6ft + 7ft sticks that bend are awesome for mobility work and something I use myself and with clients 🙌

I was immediately fascinated when I saw Stick Mobility and bought the bundle right away. It has been such a great purchase I became hell-bent on introducing it to you. Neal Valera, co-founder joins me to show how his custom-designed training stick works 👉youtube.com/watch?v=S0tHBd…

Build strength & stability in your trunk and upper body with this simple drill. The goal is to keep the body from moving while the partner flexes the stick downward. If the stick flexes too much, push closer to the trainees hands.
