We are thinking today of the friends and family of Frank Field.

He was a remarkable man who devoted his life to public service, and who was personally very kind and considerate. The country is poorer with his passing.

Stroud Maternity Hospital posted this beautiful image on their Instagram this morning.

They do a wonderful job and I am especially thinking of them today.

Every single Tory Budget and fiscal statement in the last decade has promised higher wages, higher skills or higher growth.

None of them have delivered it.

It's time for change.

The longer the Tories are in power, the longer patients will wait.

Labour has a plan to get the NHS back on its feet - which includes doubling the number of scanners to cut waiting times for scans and improve early diagnosis.
