I had a great visit today at the #ScotchWhiskyResearchInstitute , it’s fascinating the science that goes into why and how Scotch is such a global success story.

Really great to be able to work with SWRI (who were wonderfully hosting us and sharing their work) and speak with the Minister about the #ScotchWhisky industry’s work on Responsible Peat Use - sadly I forgot about photographic evidence of me in a 🥼🤦‍♀️
