We are so proud of our year 5/6 football team who played in the SOUTHERN AREA SPORT finals yesterday afternoon! The day ended in a nail biting penalty shootout against The Orchards, but we came out as champions and now progress to the next round. Well done all!

Last Friday, Year 5 were wonderful at their Christingle service. We had some great readings from the children as well as beautiful singing, alongside the lighting of their own Christingles.

Our y4 tribes graduated and became Roman soldiers! Each legion worked tirelessly to impress Emperor Wiseious by making shields and practicing their marching! Legions also created a beautiful collaborative mosaic to remember all of the brilliant learning experiences. #TABisFAB

Rabbi Gabriel delivered an engaging talk to the Y6 children about life as a rabbi, Jewish traditions and different items of importance in the Jewish community. The children enjoyed asking questions and deepening their understanding of Judaism.

Earlier this week, year 3 hosted a cracking exhibition of their Fabergé Eggs for their families. They had an egg-cellent time talking about the process and displaying their work in their handmade frames! #TABisFab

Both our choirs have really shown their community spirit this week singing in care homes. Bringing the festive cheer to important members of our community! #TABisFAB

It has been a busy week in Year 5! We have learnt about Danelaw and created our rules for our kingdoms, turned penguins into parrots in computing and learnt about the importance of Muhammad to Muslims.

Recently, Year 6 has been doing lots of active learning. The children have been making their sock puppets using the Design and Technology room, performing role play to practise their French oral skills and taking part in a Sikh langar meal in RE. #TABisFAB #activelearning
