The idea of bringing tipping culture into games is horrible. Of course a US developer suggests this idea as if tipping in this country isn't bad enough as it is in everything else. Games are already $70 and have $50+ season passes, microtransactions, etc. Greed.

No announcing a new Fallout in June won't be a big deal. The game wouldn't come out for like 10 years. No one is getting hyped for that. Guy constantly has the most bizarre and out of touch posts on here.

Honestly releasing all three parts in a 7 year window would be pretty incredible considering how long some of these other devs are taking to ship one game. Looking at you Naughty Dog, Bend Studio, Playground Games, etc.
