TJ's essay on work and food and time reminding me to appreciate the process this morning.

In this story, TJ Benson reflects on childhood experiences working on his family's farm and the satisfaction that comes from physical labor and community. The story ends with a reflection on time and the importance of finding work that fulfills you.
