3 of the blank XL journals/sketchbooks I've made. 2=I made for me, the 3rd one was for a friend of mine who is an intuitive medium & proud pagan.

And, although all the covers may look like leather, only the last 1 with the phoenix on it is.

'When I read Museum Underground I could see the book play out like a movie.'
'Aw, thank you, Mary Clare, but having your book made into a movie is like winning the lottery,' I said.
'Somebody has to win!' she replied.
Can I keep her? Is that legal? Encouraging words= everything!

Step 1: Write a book.
Step 2: Publish it and eject it out into the universe.
Step 3: Hope it magically gets noticed.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3.

It occurs to me, I may be missing a few steps...

During the first round of edits, I found the word lightening three times in my novel instead of lightning.

Lightening: a drop in the level of the uterus during the last weeks of pregnancy as the head of the fetus engages in the pelvis.

That could have been awkward...

Deactivated my Facebook account today. Mixed emotions. And if Twitter doesn't start acting right and picking up on my 'not interested in this tweet' suggestions...I'm gonna have a lot of time on my hands. :)

What is it about wearing a sweater that makes me REALLY feel like a writer? What article of clothing or lack thereof gets you in the mood to write? Or am I just a freak? lol!

When you wake up in the morning and review what you wrote the night before. And it's crap.

Sentence structures all wrong. Mixed up character stories. Poor grammar. No tie-in to the plot!
