Disney said Lari the armadillo will appear throughout the ride & for reference this is him at the bottom of the big drop taken by Drew. He’ll most likely appear once more before the ride ended which makes sense for it to be between scene 11 & 12

This concept art of scene 5 features 11 characters including the frogs. If the photo of the actual frogs is also S5 then it brings the total to 12. Either way it makes sense that by Scene 7 the count would be at 26 figures with scene 6 introducing us to even more critters

More proof the final count of Animatronics & animated figures on Tiana’s Bayou Adventure might be 42! By scene 11 (finale) there are 39 figures, then scene 12 with Odie & JuJu brings it to 42, meaning there’s one more figure between 11 & 12. Maybe it’s another Lari the Armadillo?

After scrubbing through the Imagineering episode again, I noticed this box with “child Anna” molds. Looks like the Frozen ride in Tokyo is getting a young Anna & presumably young Elsa animatronics!

Disney shared two new merch locations coming to Tiana's Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom & these they got right! Critter Co-op is charming & follows the spirit of Splash & Tiana's Bayou General is era-appropriate. That's what the Tiana's Food sign should look like on the barn

A first look at the interior of Tiana's Bayou Adventure with a beautifully detailed show scene. These frog characters round up the final set of critters we'll find in the ride. This scene really feels like a classic Disney dark ride full of magic & charm!

Very excited for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and everything is looking really good so far but this Tiana’s Food sign just isn’t it.

A good old animatronic malfunction is fun & all but with Tiana’s Bayou Adventure & the Country Bear Jamboree opening soon, I really hope WDW examines their maintenance budgets across the parks. They NEED more preventative measures to keep the animatronics in top shape.

Test Track at Epcot will temporarily close beginning June 17th for the attraction’s reimagining. Loving that they are removing the canopy from the exterior. It opens it up so much!

If this Mama Odie figure is the last animatronic after the finale, the promo pic from Disney has a 42 on the pole which could indicate it’s the 42nd figure on the ride. Makes sense considering all the critters. 42 brand new state of the art animatronics sounds like a win to me!
