Would you stay in the Ice Hotel in Sweden? Thousands of ice sculptures inside a frozen Narnia castle where guests sleep in themed rooms. Is it cold? Aye, just a bit.

Get that champagne on ice. Staying for one night in ICEHOTEL Sweden, celebrating Siobhan's 40th with some fizz in frozen flutes.

Husky sledging in Lapland with the most caring team who ensure the animals always come first. I was really impressed by their attitudes and safety requirements. We formed a close bond with our 7 dogs, I miss them already.

Staying in these Swedish Bothies, which were used as schools for Sami children in the 1920s. Now protected historic buildings, they are often utilised by locals on hunting and fishing trips but can be booked by passers by. Owner Kurt is planning to renovate in the summer.

My incredible team of huskies helped me travel to some of the deepest nooks and crannies of the Arctic. I could not have survived in this hostile environment without them 🐾

Our chef Lucas went from Michelin star restaurants in Vienna to one pot wonders in the Arctic Circle. He prepared soups at lunch and provided a hearty diet of reindeer and moose stews. No easy when you're travelling 130miles across Arctic land in -20 weather

A wilderness lodge in Karuna where you sleep inside under the stars, surrounded by nature. Very basic accommodation, with an outside toilet and no running water but the view was unbelievable 💙

Looking after 9 husky pups who were born on December 26 to mum Millie who has her paws full at the Husky Lodge in Karuna, Sweden. I've never been on a trip where customer service comes second but it's exactly what we want to see. So much love and respect for the dogs 🐾

Using an ice drill to break through 25cm of frozen lake to put our fishing rods to work. I do fly fishing in Scotland but ice fishing definitely has a knack to it and I think patience plays a part. Not even a tiddler.

On our first night wild camping in the Arctic Circle we were treated to the most beautiful display of northern lights. It's my first time seeing the Aurora Borealis and it was just spectacular 💚

The coldest ice dip I've ever done. Plonking myself into a hole in the ice in the Arctic Circle. We did have the treat of a smoke sauna afterwards to warm up, a tradition here in Sweden.

Spent one week living off-grid in the Arctic Circle, one of the most hostile environments on the planet learning about Sami culture, hunting, fishing and survival. It's spring but temperatures are still as low as -20. Sleeping on reindeer skin on frozen lakes takes some skill. ❄️
