Disability Rights UK Work for optics sake is pointless. We will end up with a worse health crisis if we force people with medical issues to push themselves beyond their capability and break. Fit people are already crying in locker rooms at work due to exhaustion and stress, why add more?! 🤷🏽‍♀️
