So, basically, H was told to strike out all claims in respect of VoiceMail Interception. But what they've done is replace the words Voice Mail Interception with 'unlawful acts'

oh this is funny. Remember that NGN won a summary judgement relating to Voicemail interception (VMI) so H's lawyers then had to file an amended claim, taking these cases out.

I believe they did about 5 hours of engagements during the tour that were publicised at the time
So now we will have a drip feed of 'other' or 'secret' visits with yet more wardrobe changes
To try to polish their image.
