iPhone : Sad to see scenes of clashes between some protesters and police in Delhi #FarmersProtest.

Notable though the huge #TractorParade today and ongoing months long struggle (largest protest currently in the world) have been peaceful and inspired so many struggling for an existence.

iPhone : Having first slashed their budgets, Government promised it’ll “do whatever is necessary to support councils”, now dishonestly forcing them to increase council tax.

Unfair, unethical and economically illiterate to continue austerity and increase taxes in the midst of a pandemic.

iPhone : I never blamed ordinary voters for believing in Johnson and wanting Brexit. My own hostility to him and his idea was based on 12 years working on the same paper as him. I only wish others had known him as well. To know Johnson is to have contempt for him.

iPhone : I offered the Business Secretary the opportunity to distance himself from the scandalous comments hes made in recent years about workers & his plans to rip up their rights.

Sadly he didnt take up the offer & wouldnt commit to outlawing the immoral practice of fire & rehire.

Twitter Web App : The Government must not abandon its promises to level up the North.

Instead, they should listen to local leaders and commit to the HS2 leg to Leeds.
