An excellent first meeting of our new Cabinet today!

First order of business is getting stuck in delivering our 2030 Strong Plan for Tasmania's Future.

That means building more homes, lowering energy bills and expanding health services right across the State 🙌

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the tragedy in NSW today.

As more information emerges, it's clear that the heroism of those who responded has saved many, many lives.

Under the very worst of circumstances they have shown the best of what it is to be Australian 🇦🇺

I called the election because the previous Parliament had become unstable and unworkable, which was harming our great State.

We have asked the TEC to prosecute Labor for breaching the Electoral Act.
