Are you up to date with your training? Contact your local clinical educator if you need help

Observations identify early signs of deterioration and overdue obs pose a risk to patients

⏱️Check correct frequency is selected
⏱️Liaise with MDT about frequency
⏱️Discuss rationale with patients and negotiate timings
⏱️Skip obs if patients are off the ward & do on their return
