I come from a family on both my father's and mother's side with a long line of lawyers, both criminal and civil, and have used attorneys at various stages in my long life. I have never listened to anyone as brilliant as Michael Dreeben in his discussion of these legal issues.

Justice Alito did it again. He referred to the fetus as an 'unborn child.' A 'child' by definition and common usage is 'born.' There is no just thing as an 'unborn child' in law or the Constitution. His stupidity and disregard for women's rights and health are appalling.
