The Chief Secretary said that paddy procurement centres have been opened across the state. Drinking water, ORS packets, paddy cleaners and tarpaulins have also been arranged in these centres.

She asked the collectors to continue the same vigil and monitor the situation daily till the onset of monsoon. Top priority should be given to ensure that every household gets sufficient water supply.
