On day 2 of the OIG 20th-anniversary celebration, HHS Executive Commissioner Cecile Erwin Young, current IG Raymond Winter, and former IG Sylvia Kauffman lauded the agency’s achievements. Staff also received awards and those serving since the beginning were honored.
