Considering that all 4 incidents happened at Ibrox, I think it’s fairly safe to accuse those fans of having a problem.

But no.

The Hawkeye system failed meaning that the offside calibration wasn't possible so the VAR created his own image that he couldn't categorically determine if Miovski was offside and then overruled the referees infield decision.
