The big difference, for me, is that it was Liverpool-Spurs. Manchester City were not involved. I could safely root against Spurs.

As much as I hate Spurs, City are worse b/c of why I revile them.

Rivalry is one thing. Cheating charges are an entirely different animal.

They’re talking about Arsenal on the Today Show and broadcasting messages from Leandro Trossard.

We are massive.

It's fantastic. Spurs were down 3-0 in the first half against off a relatively tame Arsenal 45 minutes.

They scored from a total gift and a fluke penalty.

And Spurs fans are out here trying to say their team dominated Arsenal and how close they are.

Tottenham supporters can keep their moral victories derived from incorrect takes.

I'll take Arsenal's actual victory and 20 point lead in the table.

Just realized how many of those 'he didn't intend it' folks were silent about the penalty award against Declan Rice.

He didn't intend to kick Ben Davies. But he did. It's a foul and a penalty.

They trot out that bogus 'argument' only when it suits their agenda.

If you hold yourself out as a sports journalist, you should know the Laws of the Game.

Or not willfully misrepresent them in an attempt to make a point.

It is announcing malpractice to say “Manchester City are seeking to make history with their fourth consecutive top flight title” without also mentioning that they are facing an unprecedented 115 charges of financial impropriety.
