In hindsight, the small PPP loan we received was not necessary, but in March of 2020 I had no idea how real estate was going to be with the pandemic and that I knew that the loan gave us 2 months worth of payroll and if I kept both our employees on it would then be forgiven.

I sort of take it for granted, that everyone knew that PPP loans were designed to be forgiven.

It’s interesting that for China, electrification will help it reduce its dependency on imported commodities.

Whereas for the US, electrification will (at least for the near term) increases our dependency on imported commodities.
