The indictment alleged that on or about November 30, 2020, while at a location on Morris Street in the City of Albany, the defendant engaged in sexual conduct with a person who was not
capable of consent due to a mental disability.

On March 10, 2024, the Buggs broke into the T-Mobile store at 465 Central Avenue, causing about $1,500 in damage, and stole 2 cash registers, worth a combined total of approximately $600.

The next day, he broke into the same building, and stole about $200 worth of cell phones.

Simmons was accused of fleeing a traffic stop in the area of Lark and Colonie Streets in the City of Albany, crashing his vehicle after losing control, then fleeing on foot and discarding an illegal handgun.
