This day 100 years ago – 21 November 1920 – 14 men were shot dead on the orders of Michael Collins.

Later, members of the Royal Irish Constabulary Auxiliary Division opened fire at a Gaelic football match in Croke Park, killing 14 people. The day became known as ‘Bloody Sunday.’
