This week we pay tribute to the young men and women who answer the call to action against Covid. Meet John Kigo of Dandora Transformation League and his team of hand washing station monitors. What are you doing for your community in its moment of need? #31daysofyouth #tibanisisi #washyourhands

During these trying times, it is important for us to be aware that someone with coronavirus is just sick and not a criminal. They will get cured but the memory of how people treated them will stay forever.
Let us not stigmatize those with the disease but spread love

Great piece by The Standard Digital highlighting the impact of #COVID19KE on young ppl’s mental health & outlining why The Lancet recommends that young ppl are given the chance to help co-design new interventions to support the wellbeing of their communities >> standardmedia.co.ke/article/200137…
As the cases rise, let us not stigmatize those who have been found with the virus. Remember COVID-19 has no mercy. It could be your mum or brother who catches it, so spread love and kindness to anyone who has been infected, you never know when you might need it too.
