Tide are so dishonest, untrustworthy. All they had to do from the start is communicate effectively to members and NOT use COVID-19 bounce back scheme as a marketing opportunity. If I’d work there, I’d move jobs before the reputation they’ve created recently destroys them

Tiders - Open another account with something like Countingup ANNA Money and move your money into those accounts. Then leave your Tide account dormant in case they sort out there mess. I would not support tide in anyway with my business due to there comma shambles!

Dear Tide why are you still putting all you energy into onboarding new customers and leaving your existing customers of 3+ years in the dark?
