Fck!!! It's the time of a Saturday arvo when I start planning my first drink. 1 minute at a time....

Day 3. It's Saturday. My dad (who is my best friend) is in hospital awaiting heart surgery after having a heart attack. I have a 7 year old daughter with a severe disability who cannot talk or use a toilet. I haven't had a sober Saturday in forever. Send strength #RecoveryPosse

Every day I run into someone I know I get told 'are you doing ok? You look so tired'.
Yeh well when you don't sleep properly for most of your life thanks to alcohol & drugs. Day 2 almost over. Looking forward to someone saying something positive about me. ♥️ to #RecoveryPosse
