We had an awesome morning speaking to the men and boys at the Billy Graham Training Center. JB James Brown and I challenged the young men to be Uncommon and follow the Lord rather than the world. Matt 7:13-14 were our base scriptures.

We’re about an hour before the Grace Family Church Easter Service at Raymond James Stadium. The stands are filling up and we’re going to have an awesome morning celebrating Jesus’ resurrection.

We were at Raymond James Stadium this morning making final preparations for the Grace Family Church Easter Celebration tomorrow. If you’re in Tampa and you want to celebrate- or if you need to hear the Good News about Christ’s resurrection-come join us. It’s going to be a great morning.

Good Friday almost 2000 years ago. Jesus was crucified on a cross like a common criminal. Most people thought it was the end of the story of a good man. But Sunday would show it was just the beginning of His story. If you need to know more join us at Raymond James Sunday morning.

Thank you Rob for having me on and telling people about our Easter Service at Raymond James Stadium. Hope to have a lot of people out to celebrate Christ’s resurrection. But also to hear the message about the gift of eternal life.

The problem is as a defender you are always trying to grab the ball carrier and control him. You are always trying to bring him down which by definition is to “unweight him”. So if ball carrier happens to swivel (even if you didn’t intend that) then it’s a penalty/possible fine?

I’m all for player safety. We need to make the game as safe as possible. And I must admit I don’t know what a “hip drop” tackle is. Having played & coached defense I can tell you there is only one way to make a tackle from behind without dropping your weight-which could be worse

Pastor Mayer gave the message today Grace Family Church Celebrating Palm Sunday-Jesus coming to fulfill His mission to save us. We’re excited about Easter next week but he said we need to have that passion all the time. We should be ready to share the Good News-lovingly-at any time.

Pastor Craig’s message today Grace Family Church continued the series on evangelism. He talked about our responsibility as Christians to let our lights shine in a way that will point people to Christ (Matt 5:16). We have to do this if we want to share the good news that we have found.

It was so awesome meeting your parents Sage. You and Chad have both been special in my life and it was a joy to tell your mom and dad that they raised two special children.
