Something to keep track of but early signs for Merrill’s CF defense are encouraging. I was skeptical initially but now a bit more optimistic he can be at least average in CF. His sprint speed (77th percentile) is solid also.

Objective opinion at this point in the season

Starting pitching - will be very good not worried with recent hiccups
Offense - solid but needs one more bat
Bullpen - a bit worried outside of Suarez
Defense - above avg but much better when Manny goes back to playing 3B
