The Cabinet Secretary Dr. Alfred N. Mutua, was today afternoon in Bungoma county on the 3rd leg of his countrywide tours dubbed #UtaliiFresh . The visits are aimed at revitalizing the tourism sector by forging partnerships with county governments.

3/3 Within the last three months, Kenya has received 8,336 cruise visitors at the port of Mombasa.

2/3 They are in a 2 day tour of the coastal Kenya & other parts of the country to explore what the country has to offer in tourism. This is a major boost for the cruise tourism that is impressively picking up because of our berth improvement & security in the Indian Ocean waters.

1/3 PS Tourism Hon. John Ololtuaa today joined other players in the tourism sector in welcoming the 4th cruise liner to dock at the port of Mombasa since the beginning of the year. Ms Ambience from UK had on board 1600 passangers who included 1100 visitors and 500 crew members.
