Fit 92 programme

This is a Health and Lifestyle Programme to help people loose weight and create healthy habits. It is a 12 week programme and will take place at Limelight Health and Wellbeing Centre on Wednesday's starting from the 24th April 5.30-6.30pm.

While we don’t expect our own dog to bite, it’s important to remember any dog can bite if they feel they have no other option. Please see the free resources with simple safety tips to share with the families you work with below.
