Yesterday’s naturalization at randolphmacon was wonderful - I’m always inspired to present the candidates on behalf of the United States. And Gabe Laplante had a huge cheering squad. Congratulations to all!
It's no secret that drug trafficking can result in violence. 2 armed people tried to rob Conley, a drug dealer, + caused a gun battle--in which the robbers died. A fed jury convicted Conley + his conspirators today. Thanks FBI Norfolk, USPIS - Norfolk, VA, Virginia Beach Police Department, + Chesapeake Police.
It was worth the 7-hour drive round trip on this beautiful Sunday to catch many of Va’s Commonwealth’s Attorneys at their meeting. U.S. Attorney Chris Kavanaugh + I spoke about partnering w. “The Feds” to keep our communities safer.
USMS has many dogs who are available for adoption. Please consider adopting one of these dogs who have been rehabilitated and are ready to be rehomed! #USMarshals
We're committed to enforcing the gun laws on the books. A Marylander who comes to Va to buy more guns, lying about his residence, is going to federal prison. (An aside: why do you need 59 guns?) Thanks to ATF Washington for their work on this case with us.
