Our rights shouldn’t have a price tag. That’s why we need to pass the bipartisan 4th Amendment Is Not For Sale Act – that I’m so proud to co-lead – and close the data broker loophole that allows intelligence agencies to buy our personal information.

Your data is just that — YOUR data.

The govt should not be able to purchase Americans’ private & sensitive info from data brokers. It’s time to ban this practice and protect the constitutional rights of all US persons. Congress must pass the Fourth Amendment Is Not For Sale Act.

The biggest companies in sports media (which own 80% of this content market) are trying to form a joint venture that could lead to higher prices and fewer choices for fans.

Rep. Nadler and I want answers from Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery and Fox about this proposed media conglomerate.

Left unchecked & unregulated, PFAS or “forever chemicals” found in our drinking water are linked to cancer & other health conditions.

I applaud the U.S. EPA for taking an important step toward removing these dangerous chemicals from our drinking water.

Last Congress, 195 Republicans voted against the Right to Contraception Act, which would've codified access to contraception.

The far-right extremists will stop at nothing to restrict bodily autonomy.

We can't back down. Birth control should be accessible and affordable to all.

The dominant players in sports media—Disney, FOX, and Warner Bros—plan to roll out a joint streaming venture this fall. Joaquin Castro and I are seeking more information to make sure this consolidation does not result in higher prices and fewer choices for consumers.

Every major U.S. medical organization agrees: gender affirming care is necessary care. It’s time for the government to stop pretending they know more than trained doctors.

Seventeen years ago, a mass shooting at Virginia Tech killed 32 students, faculty, and staff. These mass shootings can and must be prevented.

Gun violence is a policy choice and we have to pass common sense gun reforms to save lives and stop this senseless violence.

Here is a radical idea: Billionaires should not have an effective tax rate lower than teachers and nurses. The wealthiest people in this country must start paying their fair share.

As the proud grandmother of a young trans man, I know that gender-affirming care can help transgender youth live openly and authentically as their true selves.

All people deserve access to the care they need, including gender-affirming care.

LGBTQI+ rights are human rights.

Billionaires like Elon Musk & Jeff Bezos pay a lower tax rate than the workers who help build their wealth.

Yet the first thing House Republicans did last year was cut funding the IRS uses to go after corporate tax cheats & the ultra-wealthy.

Congress needs to tax the rich.

Small businesses have said over & over: Trump's didn't benefit them. It prioritized the bottom lines of the wealthy & corporations.

What would benefit them? Universal child care & paid leave policies that prioritize families' well-being while enabling people to work.

After the Biden administration fought for an $8 cap on credit card late fees, Republicans have filed resolutions of disapproval of the late fee rule.

A textbook example of the lengths Republicans will go to protect corporate profits.

A tax system that makes billionaires pay what they owe isn't just about fairness. It also brings in the money we need to fund overdue investments in the middle and working class and bring down the cost of living.

It’s way past time to tax the rich and wealthy corporations.
