Ms. Doreen Kyazze, the Regional Director of PRI in Africa commended the collaborative efforts and urged collective support from all stakeholders.

She added that the manual serves as a valuable resource for collective endeavor to empower and uplift women offenders in Uganda.

During the launch of the Rehabilitation and Social Reintegration of Women Prisoners manual, DCGP Samuel emphasized that women prisoners are more vulnerable than men, as they often lose everything and therefore they have to be treated with care.
