.brendan byrne ‘That They Might Face The Rising Sun’ is such a beautifully crafted film on rural Ireland in decades past; characters, ritual, landscape. Saw it Queen's Film Theatre last night. If you loved the John McGahern novel, you’ll love the film. Go and see it!
