Port Hueneme: Hueneme Bay Club (55+ community) is currently under 3ft of water. One person injured and unable to walk. Crews unable to get them out. VCSO Medcat (reference image below) and a water rescue team with a boat have been requested to see if they can attempt the rescue.

Oxnard: Truck 81 reports water up to car door handles along Bottlebrush Place.

Oxnard: Crew 12 reporting significant flooding along Channel Islands between Patterson Rd and Ventura Rd. Several vehicles in the flood water but water is up to the floor board of the crew buggy. Swift water rescue unit requested to check the vehicles.
