Oh well it wasn't meant to be. Spain were the better side today. The Lionesses can be very proud of themselves. Can't wait to watch them at a sell out King Power stadium in October!

Completed Trek13 in Derbyshire today for Alzheimer's Society it was tough in places but I'm massively chuffed I did it!!

#FestivalOfRemembrance much better this year. No pop 'singers' ruining songs. It felt like festivals from years ago. More about remembering than a concert. Keep this up for next year please!
