Noncompetes should be found unconditional by judges. Barring that, Nevada lawmakers should outlaw them outright with no exceptions. This is not me siding with Fontainebleau over Wynn. I *much* prefer being in Wynn Encore. But I do think noncompetes and nondisclosures hurt labor.
