We are concerned it has been launched w/o prior assessment of the risks of addiction on #children & opened 2nd formal proceedings against #TikTok under #DSA .

I welcome the overwhelming positive vote by the US House of Representatives.

Ukraine deserves all the support it can get against Russia.
