OK, I've estimated housing construction rates in New Zealand, the UK, and the Netherlands for 2022 as follows:
• NZ ~8.8 dwellings per 1,000 people p.a.
• UK ~ 3.4 dwellings per 1,000 people p.a.
• NLD ~2.0 dwellings per 1,000 people p.a.
