The USDOJ investigation into a state case that has not gone to trial is absolutely unacceptable. I would have no problems with investigations done AFTER the trial. Today proves how badly the USDOJ fucked up this case. None of it should come into this trial. Not one single word.

We all want to talk about our constitutional rights. The USDOJ had absolutely no business interfering in a State case. We have a 10th amendment for a reason, States are sovereign of the feds. How many times did DY bring up testimony from the USDOJ?
