Now that I’ve watched 10 times I’m not sure there was. He takes off. Ran right into blue jerseys. But then Ala looked so limited offensively near the end at least passing wise

56 been low snapping all game. Milroe could have tried to pick up first bad snap. Sometimes when centers are getting pounded by a great DL poor snaps are a result. Wasted series.

Michigan runs off LBs/corners then crosses underneath or goes flat.
Geezuz this is 1980s stuff. Seriously? Tide caught all flatfooted?

12 teams means conference titles and rivalries won’t matter. For example, that was the last meaningful Michigan-OSU game. Loser still in.
BTW 12 is a lot.

I know the Lions tried to disguise subs on the controversial penalty, but the official basically runs away from them like he’s late for a flight. That’s a poor job in a critical situation.
Symptom of a bigger problem @nfl

It’s one thing to lose a bowl game but Ohio State Football embarrassed themselves. 3 points???
Missouri couldn’t wait to beat up the Buckeyes and Day and company let it happen.
Sad day for scarlet and gray…pun intended.

Joe Flacco is the 5th QB in Super Bowl era to throw for 1500+ yards, 12+ TDs in December. The others:
Peyton Manning 2013
Tony Romo 2012
Drew Brees 2012
Kurt Warner 2001

(Flacco is the first Browns QB to do that in any month)

Is it clearer now? A successful QB in the NFL doesn’t always have to be dazzlingly fast or an otherworldly athlete. Brady, Manning, Flacco. Pre snap reads, decision making, not forcing and most of all leadership.
Knowing how to win in Dec and Jan.
Lesson learned. Cleveland Browns
