When I was having the worst time in my life, I went to the gym everyday; it was a safe, quiet place away from home. My GP told me this very likely kept me from falling into worse depression. Lifting weights lifted my spirits. Endorphins? Who knows. I just went. Every day. 🙏💪🌿

Affordable housing is the answer to homelessness. GREED is the barrier, as the rich get richer & richer & richer.

If we want affordable housing, we’re going to have to elect lawmakers who will pass laws requiring it.
